Worship Team
Help create a passionate and prophetic atmosphere through sound, song, and presence. You’ll be part of leading people into deeper intimacy with the Father.

Connections Team
Be the bridge between a great first impression and someone’s next step. You’ll follow up, follow through, and help every guest feel like family.

Cultivate Kidz
If you love children and have a heart to help them grow in faith, this is your lane! Serve with a purpose as you guide little ones through fun, faith-based lessons and activities.

Creative Team
Whether it’s behind a camera, designing graphics, crafting content, or running social media—help tell the story of what God is doing at Cultivate in bold and beautiful ways.

From ushers to greeters and altar assistants, this team helps create a warm, welcoming, and safe experience for every guest—from the parking lot to the altar.
